Anyone any suggestions for a good personal medical records App that stores the info off line on your iPhon/iPad? Info like meds, copies of records etc.

Your own records or records of other patients?

If for other patients, you may want to review the Health Insurance Portability Privacy Act (HIPPA) to protect patient information or the equivalent in your region. If you work in a Hospital or Health Organization, it is recommended that you speak to them in regards to approved apps that maintain records security and is compliant with their corporate policies.
