Lost auto fill passwords

I somehow lost the ability to auto fill username and password when opening apps. How can I get it back?

Go to Settings - Passwords - Password Options, and enable AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys. Also, select/enable what‘s used to fill them (iCloud Keychain, or an app).
