Lost Audiobook going to OS5

Audiobook showed up under Music but won't play. Any ideas?

Did this audiobook play OK under the previous version of iOS? It might be worth quitting the Music app completely. Go to the Home screen. Press the Home button twice, to open the multi-task bar. Now press and hold any icon until they all start to jiggle. Now touch the upper left hand corner of the Music app to close it (does not delete it). Now press the Home button once to close the multi-task bar and see if the problem persists.
