Lost Apps

Can someone help, I am very new user of iPAD.
My device keeps losing the default apps that came
With it when purchased, first Safari browser, then YouTube
And recently the camera also was gone just surprisingly.
PLEASE HELP

It sounds as if you may have accidentally turned on some Restrictions. To check, go to the General tab in your Settings app. Scroll down the right side until you see the line titled "Restrictions." If that is on, it will show on with an arrow next to it. Press the arrow and then you will see various restrictions.

There will be a column titled "Allow." Check the apps you want to use (Safari, YouTube, camera, etc) and make sure the button is in the ON position.

If they are all turned on while Restrictions is active, the apps will then appear on your home screen.
