Looking for unrealBook indexes

I have installed unrealBook on my iPad. I have a bunch of PDFs of older fake books, probably from some other reader app. They include pre-Hal Leonard (pre 6th edition) Real Books, New Real Books, Colorado, JazzFake, etc. Has anyone created unrealBook undex files (CSVs) for these?
