Locked rotation screen

Hi my screen is locked and won't rotate. I have checked the settings and the side switch s set to volume option. I have
also double clicked on home button and checked there that it is not locked. Any other suggestions please?

Either double tap the home button or do the 4 finger up swipe to reveal the multi tasking bar. Swipe this from left to right to reveal the rotation lock. Tap it to change it to unlock. Your screen should rotate normally. If it still doesn't rotate, you may want to make a Genius appointment at an AppleStore.
