I am currently working for an organisation where they have been giving iPads to mangers of departments. one of the managers forgot their password and i have been told that i need to wipe it. I cannot wipe it on itunes as it tells us to enter the password to access it. is there a way to hard reset on he machine itself?

The iPad needs to be 'restored' if the password has been forgotten. This will 'restore' it to factory condition. Did he back it up?
