learning use my I pad. having problem get connected to my wifi .want change langua

I am new to Ipad,

I have problem to get connected to my wifi .
I also want to settle my i pad in English and do not know where i can do it .

any help welcome.

I'm not sure what the issue is with your wifi.....have you got any more details that you can give us?
