HELP Itunes sync

Hi,
I cant synchronize videos and music, when I try to sync i get a message saying if im sure because its going to delete my apps. I have already set to manual sync.

it will still sync apps you have set to sync in itunes.

also if you have downloaded apps on the ipad that you dont have in itunes yet it may warn you due to that. Right click on the ipad in itunes and select "Transfer Purchases" all your purchased ipad apps on the ipad will then be saved to itunes.

the problem is that my ipad is jailbroken, and I have a few apps from installous. Is there a way around that I can use itunes, or other programs that would do the same job

Try this:

Open Installous and on upper right should be a Settings tab. Click on it and then turn OFF the iTunes Sync. Hope it works!
