Issue playing MP4 video

I just downloaded an MP4 file off the net. It imports into itunes perfectly and plays in Itunes but does not sync to my Ipad 2 - says file cannot be played on Ipad 2 - does anyone have an idea what the problem is, or another way to get this file to play.

You need to use a third-party player, such as OPlayer, that can handle this format. OPlayer can play most any format video, so check it out at the App Store.

Thanks for that. I actually reconverted file using handbrake and it works in Ipad.
