ipd air -stck in a reset loop 7.0.4

hello.

i got an ipad air yesterday on 7.0.4. i jailbreak so i van use xbmc. i use it daily so its key for me.

after about 5 hours of perfect operation things started to go wrong, when i opened safari or email the app crashed to springboard instantly.
tried to restore in itunes but it fails due to it bein 7.0.4. i tried a restore defult settings but i get a spinning wheel.

i am lost as to what to try next. any suggestions other than upgrading to 7.1.0

Your mistake was restoring to default settings. The only way to get your device working at all is to restore to iOS 7.1 because your core and boot sequence structure are now both corrupted.
