ipad will not connect to home network

current network at home connects pc to laptop and printer, but new ipad2 will not accept the password that works just fine for the laptop connection. thus, rejects wifi connection. any ideas? thinking of reinstalling network.

Do you see the network showing up, and it won't connect?
or you don't see the network under available Wi-FI?

You can try the manual set up
Settings > Wi-Fi > Others and put in the Name and passcode in there

I am another one with wifi problems
No problem connecting to my home wifi but when trying to connect to open hot spots Ipad can see the connection but refuses to connect (dismiss)
Anyone got the solution ?

yes, the network shows up (dad), but ipad wont accept the password, which works on my laptop, etc. strange.
