iPad versus PC laptop

I was a pc and actually still am, but an Ipad in view of replacing my laptop. I've got issues here which I would like to discuss:

I can't watch many web sites containing flash content
I can't type readable Persian text in PC usable Doc files
I can't create new albums in Photos and can't download photos from am email into an album, I should wait for Itunes to do everything for me!

The church of Jobs says flash is bad, so it will never happen. The other two items ??? Maybe.

The iPad was not designed to completely replace a laptop for everything. People who think that it is a replacement for a laptop will be disappointed.
