iPAD Pro screen unresponsive

I have an ipad pro Mk 2, 12.9 inch screen. Sometimes it works fine, but after a while presses on the screen are ignored, usually starting in the top left-hand corner (I use it in landscape mode). Sometimes the whole screen freezes. If I switch off and back on it cures it temporarily.

Is the unresponsive spot always in the same location no matter which way the screen is turned?

Sometimes, but other times the whole screen seems to be affected

It could be early signs of a touchscreen failure.
As soon as the Apple Stores reopen take your iPad in for a Genius Bar appointment. They’ll run a full diagnostic to see exactly what’s causing the problem.

Its over 2 years old, Apple at this stage will most likely tell you to get a replacement. I recommend finding a local repair shop to diagnose the issue. UBREAKIFIX or Experimax are highly recommended if you have one in your area.
