iPad not recognized on my Computer!

Hello,
I just bought ipad and i connected it to my computer it found it and said Ready to use but iTunes dosnt find anything and on my iPad screen i got the USB cable with arrow to iTunes Logo. Please help me!

Sounds like it's in recovery mode. Just run the latest iTunes and it should fix it. Goofy stuff can happen when you try to jailbreak it.
