Is this a scam??

It's a scam. The iTunes receipts sent by Apple do not look anything like what you show. Do not reply or click on any links. Report it as spam to your email provider and delete the email.
 
That email, known as a phishing email, is designed to get you to give all your personal and credit card details to the scammers.
