I stupidly backed up my ipad data to iCloud when I don't have an account. Have I lost all my data?

Assuming you haven't restored your iPad then it's all still on your iPad, not sure how you managed to sync to iCloud without an account though, that shouldn't be possible......are you sure that you haven't wirelessly sync'ed to your Mac/PC?
