Extg ipad - new pc!

I all
My pc crashed and had to reformat and all was lost, I realise if I connect my iPad to my iTunes all data, photos, apps etc will go off my ipad
How can I transfer what I have in the iPad (around 10gig) to the blank iTunes account on my pc?
Any help would be great
