iPad constantly reloading webpages

Sirs:
My wife and I both use iPads for our home internet and both keep having to reload webpages with "error has occurred page reloaded". I am thinking this is due to our wifi server not working properly. We are on cable and everything else works fine. Our cable modem is a fairly new Motorola SB6141 and our network server is a belkin.d3c
If it is our server any recommendations for a new one.

It's not your server. This is a bug that's been affecting Sarari users for months now, with older devices having more problems.

I sure hope so. It's frustrating when your web page unexpectedly reloads in the middle of whatever you're doing.
