ipad calendar entry not updated in Outlook

Dear all,

A new ipad user here.

I have successfully synced my Outlook 2003 calender entries to the ipad, but I can't do it the other way around i.e. entries that I put on the ipad do not duplicate themselves in my PC's Outlook when I sync.

On my Outlook tho there are 2 calenders, "Calender" and "On my ipad", the latter one showing the entries I keyed directly into the ipad.

Any idea how to resolve this?
