IPad Air 3 freezing

I have iPad Aie 3rd gen
it has started freezing for 10-20sec, then returns to normal response.
I have tried closing all Apps, and power cycle …. as these were suggested in other posts - No difference.

Any suggestions

You could try a forced restart. Simply press and hold the Home Button and the On/Off Switch until the screen goes black. After a few seconds the Apple logo will appear, at which point release the buttons. The device will then restart.

Thanks. I have tried it, and also a hard reset. It helps a few hours, and then I have the problem again.

How about your storage? Are you near full capacity?
