iPad 4 not connecting to wifi mobile hotspot on iPhone 4S

Hi,
My ipad was connecting successfully but now it is not. It sees it and put password in but now doesn't fully connect. Any ideas?? iOS 6.0.1 on both. Thanks!

All that does is reset your network settings to their factory defaults. It won't cause the loss of any data on your iPad, in case you were worried.

If the problem is indeed the network settings, it's either that or have no Internet on your iPad when using a WiFi hotspot.
