Ipad 4 4G LTE is NOT universal. Misleading advertising by apple

LTE on ipad 4 will not work on LTE networks which are TDD such as india , hong kong and china. They work only on LTE FDD networks.

I suggest you wait for your countries release as you may find like the iPhone 5 it is a different model for your country

Australian LTE is same as Britain and the model for both iPad 4 and iPad. Mini will be different to the USA LTE 4g Only your local apple store can advise you if you Ned more info A USA model will work but not take advantage of the 4. G in India
