Ipad 3 or 4 for reading chm books

Hi. I want to purchase new iPad mainly for reading pdf,chm and djvu books and internet using. I do not want to use jailbreak and my friend tells me that then I will be able to download only (!) 1 chm file. But I have many chm books. Is there any solutions without jailbreaking device? Thank to all.

I don't know what a chm file is, and I was curious. I came up with a ChmPlus Pro-CHM Reader that costs $6.99 and has three and half stars in the App Store. Since you know what you want, maybe this might work or you can find something more appropriate.
