Will look up anything goes. Seems you all had fun with Eurovision yesterday. Inspiring. We Brits will watch anything ehhhh, I blame our parents for rearing us on this stuff, now we are addicts. I would have been glued to it too if there hadn't been a party.

Just finished watching Dr. Who, what a great episode, finally something I can get on board with. So it seems the TARDIS stole the mad Doctor in order to see the universe. Nice to see the principles of physics still apply ( for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction). Go Doctor & TARDIS.

We are pleased to advise that after discussions with moderators and the owners that this thread can continue. Changes have been made to the rules and the new anything goes thread is now off topic. The new rules will be in place shortly. We appreciate your concerns and we feel this is a great compromise. The international UK thread is for iPad related topics only and hope that you will post in that thread also.

The owners of the forum and moderators sorted out compromise to make every one happy.
Well good news to all of you.... After lots of discussion the owners and moderators have come up with what we feel is a solution for all whom like to chat. This forum has been renamed Off Topic and 2 new rules are in place which are as follows:
New addition to the forum rules.
4.a Thread Hijacking is not allowed... this includes starting general chit chat or banter in legitimate threads. Keep this to the Off Topic section.
4.b Chit-Chat in the Off Topic section still falls under the Forum Rules. Keep it clean!
As a direct result we have reopened this thread and another thread. The Friday night thread will be operating shortly.
ALL WE ASK IS ABIDE BY THE RULES - the link is below.

Good news eh guys. If I understand the rules correctly chit chat within the rules is now allowed on this page, correct me if I am wrong.
Just finished watching Smallville finale, everything I expected but still awesome.
My iPad 2 crashed (major crash) for the first time ever yesterday also, I had to let the battery die before it would restart, a hard reset would not work, it was thankfully a short lived concern, should I mention it to apple or watch and wait ?
Also my iPad 1 (which now belongs to the wife) would not accept the new os update....server kept timing out, what was that about.
Finally, my iPad 1 & 2 which on the same PC are recognised as different, for the first time yesterday became merged with apps, what is going on in the universe????
