IPad 2 not charging

Help. iPad 2 down to 25% charge. Will not charge or connect to iTunes. Tried mains charger and 12v iPad charger.
Please reply to [email protected], as I cannot logon with iPad. Purchased Oct 2011. No probs up to now.

Service Technician very difficult, I live in the mountains of Andalucia, Spain.
This means I have to send it somewhere.
Where do I send it?
I am highly reliant on it, how long will it take?
It should not have failed after such a short time. Tried rebooting.

Contact Apple through their web site or phone lines, they will advise you on how to return your iPad.
