Ipad 1 updated before backup.

Updated to 5.1.1, did not backup, how to recover what was on it. It was CS ipad, now it says admins, what is mine I updated 2/3 today is 2/5.

What can I do Thanks

I am getting ready to update my iPad and have ran backup in Itunes. I am trying to sync but keep getting the message "The ipad is synced with another itunes library. Do you want to erase this ipad and sync with this itunes library."

Make sure you select no, or your iPad will be erased with everything gone.
