Ow to I stop aps whilst using ios7? Used to double tap button to see what was running and then press icon of one which was running to get the shakes etc

Press the home button twice, as before, and then swipe upwards the "mini window" of any app you want to close.

Double tap the home button then on the image above the app just swipe it up.

After double tapping the home button, swipe up on the page above the app you wish to close.

Just one thing if you dont mind, most of the apps seem to close most of the time you close by pressing the home button. I have seen this and there has been very less instances, where the app has remained open. I had not opened any other app in between them. This did not occur so frequently in iOS 6.1.3.
