The little fuzzy patch in Andromeda, which I've indicated in an edit of your photo is the Andromeda Galaxy, about 2.2 million light years away and the most distant object visible to the naked eye.

Decided whilst I couldn't sleep, to pop out for some fresh air, take a walk, and snap a few pics on my travels.

Taken approx 3-4.30 am and a heavy fog engulfing most things .
