Icloud ID Help

Wonder if someone could please help, my daughters partner made a hash of registering her Apple ID registered the wrong email add and has forgotten the password and security Q?s. Every time she tries to do something on her Ipad the password box for Icloud keeps popping up looking for her to enter her password to verify her Apple ID.

Anyone know how to get round this so I can fix this for her ..

It's possible to reset an Apple ID/iCloud ID password without using the security questions.
Here's information how it's done:

If there's no rescue email address set up, this won't be possible as well, because of the wrong email address.

If she also uses the Apple ID as iCloud ID, she should contact Apple and ask them for help. As soon as she'll try to erase her device, it will be locked and she'll not be able to use it. She'll have to prove that it's her iPad (bill).
