I have a folder containing downloads of several Sanskrit books in PDF format.
I added those files to iTunes.
I synced iTunes to my iPad but only a few of those books found way to iBooks. I stored them in a new collection (Mybooks) in iPad.
I synced again to add the missing books but then all the books in Mybooks got erased.
What have I done wrong?
