Set up an account on Facebook! Why don’t the Zuckerminions accept the iPad OS!and iOS as a thing.... my log in report says I set up on Mac osX! Strange....... L

By default, iPadOS 13 tells websites you're using desktop Safari. You can change the user agent back to mobile Safari, either globally or on a site-by-site basis, in Settings / Safari / Request Desktop Website.
