I can't email a link in Safari any longer

Help please. Suddenly stopped working. In safari, when I click on the email icon I get an email page but it doesn't show my contacts. It used to.

Hi, dave! Welcome to iPF!
There should be a + in the upper right corner:




If you tap it, your contacts should appear.

See if clearing Cookies, History and Data in Settings - Safari changes anything.

Thanks again J.A. I fixed it now. I turned off my other email accounts and kept just one in email settings. Got the + back, yeah!
