After downloading iOS 5, I cannot get my books to show up in my library. I seem to have lost them. Where are they? Anyone else having this problem?

I did. I had them in itunes on my mac thankfully and was able to drag them back in.

Mine were where they belonged but I lost 2 that I had to add from my backup. Not sure why as I could find nothing similar about the 2 books that they would be omitted.
