iTunes Library behavior?

Okay, it was my understanding that with iOS 5 and iCloud, I'd be able to download any previously purchased content to my iPad whenever I wanted; that doesn't seem to be the case. When I go into iTunes on my iPad, some of my shows have the "Downloaded" flag, and some show available for download, but others prompt me to buy the content again. I bought two movies yesterday morning that exhibit both behaviors - one's ready to re-download onto the iPad, one behaves as if I never bought it; both are currently in my laptop's iTunes library.

Anyone else seeing this behavior?

Never mind, it seems to have worked itself out except for a few glitches (the wrong cover are on some titles, some duplicates).
