great, thank you!!!If she uses the account on her iPad, go there (Settings - iCloud), scroll down and sign out or delete it, whatever you find there, depending on the software installed on her iPad.
Then reset the device - press and hold Home and Power button until the Apple logo appears, let go of both, the iPad will power up.
That done, go to Settings - iCloud again and sign in with the account/ID.
