twerppoet iPad Fan Nov 15, 2011 #3 When you edit a photo that you sync from the computer through iTunes you can only save it back to the Camera Roll (or Saved Pictures on the iPad 1). The only way to change pictures in synced albums is to edit the picture on the computer and then re-sync.
