Hello,

I have many apps in the apps list of iTunes that are not anymore on my iPad because I deleted them there. By "apps list" I mean the list on the left side in iTunes, not the pictures of the iPad screens on the right side. See enclosed screen shot - Evernote is such an app that is not anymore on my iPad but still in the apps list in iTunes.

How do I get rid of these apps in iTunes?

Thanks.

Wow, 331 views and no answer. Is this really a problem that nobody had before?

Click on the apps section under library on the left handside (not under your ipad as shown in your photo) and delete them in that section.

highlight it in iTunes, right click, select "delete."
This works only on the right side of the iTunes window, for apps that are on one of the home screens.

It does not work on the left side of the iTunes window, for apps that are in the list of apps but have been deleted before on the iPad. Here it is possible to highlight an app but then you can do nothing else with it.
