I decided that the P!bW might be base64 encoded. It can't be regular base64 because of the "!" but there is a variant that uses "!" I place of the "+". So, P!bW decodes to 3F E6 D6 which in ASCII is ?æÖ. Putting that after the acute I gives Ì?æÖ. Can't figure out anything to do with that!
