Hints on Triple Entendre

Google all the names together (with ,s) and you will find what they all wanted to do. Use that with 80s band and you should get it.

Oh, and the ",s" operator. Does that mean find them all in one sentence? Is there a list anywhere of other operators like this? I've been digging for a few minutes and can't find any. I'm used to using search operators (kind of) like this on Westlaw, and would find any more such operators immensely helpful, since Google is how I do (almost literally) everything.

Registration for the free Google Power Searching class is still open for a few days. You do get a certification of completion from Google. Do a Google search on "google inside search" for details. I'm still debating on whether to sign up, although it's only six 50 minute classes.

I registered and already completed first course. I am a pretty good googler, but picked up a few good tips. Some of the
activities don't work on iPad ( color filters) but work great on PCs. Looking forward to these lesson. Thanks for telling us about this.
Would be very beneficial for people who are having trouble finding information.
In TE you really do have to know googling techniques.

Just discovered Triple Entendre, and love the lite version. I'm stuck on level 9, though, and would appreciate a nudge in the right direction. It's a picture of a scooter (Vespa?), a car (coupe?) and a truck (tractor-trailer? big rig?) with "What comes next?" underneath.

You notice on the home page, it says need a hint. It gives you a small hint and a large hint.
It tells you the wheels are important. And it is a simple number.
Google the number. 2,4,8,?

Thanks, Rosalee and Hvsavage. I hadn't noticed the clues built into the game before. That'll be handy when I tackle the full version! I also had made a "real world" assumption about semi trailer tires that I had to drop. But I got it now.

The full version doesn't have the built in hints. Also, the regular version currently has more levels and is more up to date than the Pro version. It's also cheaper.

These last levels are extremely hard. People on this and the other board worked weeks on them. If you look back to
earlier comments there are indications on how to go with this one. It might take some work on google, but you will find
the answer. Good luck.

Ive used the big hints from O41. Nothing. Just the obvious CBNC. Used most of the smaller verions, includingthe smallest multiple times. Im trapped.

I'm stuck at the same place. I read the wikipedia page on the currency and the currency's own FAQ. Tried everything I could find there. I've tried every power of ten from 1 down to -20 with the name of the coin, its abbreviation, and the nickname of the smallest denomination. I've scanned through every page of this hints thread and still stuck. Help!

Thanks, Hvsavage. Got that one, and surprisingly charged ahead through a bunch more. I am now going insane over O72. Can anyone confirm for me that I've got the right location? It's in the heart of a world capital with country dialing code 39. I've been searching for thieves associated with the place, nearby streets, buildings and landmarks, neighborhood, city, country. Nada.
