Hints on Triple Entendre

Read everything on this forum for O45. Only one viable hint, and I'm not getting CBNC. Have figured out the blue area, think I
know the number, but when I Go to the patent cass 12 nothing makes sense. Or the subclasses.
Have noticed when anyone asks for hints on 45 , someone just PM 's the hints......this isn't much help to others looking for hints.
I 'm new to this forum, so maybe I misunderstand what the forum is for.

If you know the region, go to wiki asking authors from there. Just start putting them in and one of them will get you a pass to 41.
One of the clues they give makes a connection after you solve it. Never figured out the______Hill one.

I thought I knew the author, but its not the right answer.. Surprisingly I get a CBNC message with this same author's work.. I'm stumped..

Thanks for the PMs on 40. I was able to get it. For those still stuck, I was on the right track with my comment about authors.

Now on to 41... I know what that symbol is and where it comes from. I even got the "close but no cigar", but that's about it.
