Level 33 - have no idea what to do on this level. Have looked at the hints in the forum but cannot figure it. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks. I got it. I had come up with that answer before but must have typed it in wrong somehow. I'm stuck on O40 now. I see where the coordinates are pointing but don't see any matching landmarks from the map near it.
Well I am at a total dead stop on two of the puzzles: M27 is one and I know the county and read the clue that one of the cities in the marked area is in the title. Googled myself crazy and still can't figure who the man is or what kind of badge he is wearing.
The other is O35 (birth of a nation). I have plugged in all the numbers and checked names and dates over and over and over and come up with a number that is not right. I've read all the clues and don't know what else I can do.
Can someone please PM me and knock me in the right direction on either or both.
