Okay...even with the previously posted helps, I'm still stuck on 21...I understand that this has to do with money and I know the location of the word at the bottom but I can't even get a close but no cigar...I've e-mailed it to myself but don't see any other details...any further help on 21?

What kind of money? You have to enter the exact terminology...

Ok. I'll admit it I feel like a dummy. I can tell by the leader board that several before me have figured out puzzle #40. But I am stuck. I must be missing something very basic but I just don't see it. Any hints? Thanks!!!

Don't feel stupid. That one was a tough one. Here's the best hint that I can give you without giving the answer away. The answer to the question will be one that uses characters as letters.
