Hint for 35? I have the countries, and I think it's a math problem?

What am I missing on level 28? I got the dates figured out and the clue on the bottom. When I type in what I think, I get "close but no cigar-official title only please"
I have tried all variations I can think of for the title, what am I missing?

@terridawn: #28 - I had the same problem. Sounds like you've got it, just enter all of it and be exact re: punctuation, spelling, etc

@btorres... That puzzle took me a while to figure out as well... Here's another hint... they used flags for a specific reason... they could have used the country seal, or the shape of the country but they used flags for a reason..

OMG, I just got level 32. My husband and I both spent HOURS searching last night. Couldn't come up with anything. This morning I was looking at the pictures and the answer just popped into my head. I couldn't believe I missed the obvious. LOL

Have u looked at the year when the flags were born?
