Hiding apps

On a stock iOS device, you cannot. Apple intends these to be single user devices, not shared.

It would be nice though to hide the "find my phone app" or other tracking apps in case your device was stolen.

You can use Restrictions to prevent the a Find my a Phone app from being turned off.
