Hi everybody. I live in Maryland. My wife got a used Ipod which she is having lots of fun with. I get the techie questions. Here's one that's stumping both of us. She installed some free games yesterday and played with them, but when she turned on the Ipod today she couldn't find them. Where are they? In the Apps Store they show up as having been installed, but that's as far as we can get. How do we find the games after we turn on the device? I told you this was basic. :)
Thanks for your help.

Have you tried swiping between pages to find them? Usually, new downloads a put on the second springboard page (if that's full, they go to the next, and the next, etc.).

Have you tried looking for them in Spotlight? You didn't say which iOS version you g]have, but starting in iOS 6, you can see if an app is in a folder when you search for it in Spotlight.

Hope some of this helps.
