First you are going to want to connect your device to iTunes. Next look to the left and you should see an area that says devices. It will have your device under it. Click on your device and go to the photos tab. Once you reach the photos tab, check the box that says "sync photos". You will be able to choose the folders of photos you want to sync to your device. Finally, click apply when you have chosen all the desired folders. I hope this helped!
