Help with New Ipad Air

Thanks everyone. I called Apple being that I have 90 days of free service with my new Air. It took all of 5 minutes to fix iTunes. The driver needed to be updated.
Happy camper! But, it can get very expensive trying to fix stuff like this without free service from Apple.

I always pay the extra dollars for AppleCare. The accident insurance alone is worth it. It's just too easy to drop mobile devices. The two extra years of tech-support is just icing on the cake, and why I use AppleCare instead of some other insurance service.
