help with email

Hello and greetings from West Wales
I've recently bought an iPad mini I have registered three email addresses on it - one of them seems to,delete incoming emails every day - the other 2 seem to behave as usual and I can't work out what I am doing wrong
If anyone has any ideas and a real idiots guide ( I am pretty useless with IT) as to how to ensure E mail doesnot disappear I'd be ever so grateful

You do not say where your email accounts are held. Are they all 3 held with the same company ?

Suggest you go to the settings app on your iPad select mail/contacts/calendar and check the settings on all three email accounts to make sure they are all the same - especially check the advanced settings as there is a button to selecthow often to delete messages.

Hope this might point you in the right direction. Post here again with your results.

P.s. have you checked the 'trash' section of the offending account to see if the deleted messages are there ?

More info needed. I've only seen this happen when I'm using exterior email rules on an exchange email server.

Could that be your issue?
