HELP NEEDED regarding iPad Jailbreak

I jailbreaked my iPad 1 a year ago. Recently, I formatted my computer and deleted all files present on it. Now, my iPad is off, I need to reboot it, but I don't have the ipsw files and neither do I know which files do I need to download.
Is there any way I can find out the type of file I need to reboot?
Regards.

Download TinyUmbrella, plug your device into your PC, click on your device and see if the profiling of it shows the iOS. It should show it even if the device is in recovery mode

If I may ask - can you clarify what you are trying to do? Are you trying to, essentially, start over from scratch and restore the iPad1? As in, put a "fresh" iOS 5.1.1 on that iPad and then (if you wish) re-jailbreak it?

If yes, all you need is the iOS 5.1.1 IPSW (from here: http://www.ipadforums.net/showthread.php?t=24939) and the appropriate jail breaking tool, Absinthe or redsn0w, if you wish to jail break it again. We have tutorials for those tools, should you wish to use them.

If that's not what you're trying to do (or if that's what you ARE trying to do but it's not working), let us know a few more details of your goal and we can better advise. Thanks.

I think the initial question was basically how to find the iOS on the iPad 1 as it might be a tethered jailbreak since OP was referring to IPSW and rebooting. But it is a bit foggy I agree.
